New Year, New You! Keep that New Year’s Resolution to start meditating. Mastermind Meditation is hosting a two-day Mindfulness for Beginners mindful meditation workshop on January 18 and 19th at Thanksgiving Square in Downtown Dallas. If you’re new to meditation, Mindfulness for Beginners is a great introduction to mindful meditation. If meditation is a part of your life already, the workshop can help you focus your practice for the upcoming year.
This immersive mindfulness seminar will teach accessible, data-driven ways to mitigate stress and promote mental strength and focus. The curriculum covers the historical evolution of mindfulness, the research-backed health benefits of mindfulness practice, and the study of the pillars of mindfulness in a supportive, instructor-led environment. Participants will experience mindful living techniques such as mindful walking, mindful eating, and mindful communication as well as the powerful practices of intention and compassion. Each student will leave with meditation tips and tricks, inspiration for daily practice, and a cited course workbook for referral.

Cancellation Policy: Mastermind offers full refunds if canceled at least 30 days before the event. A partial refund or credit for a future workshop will be given if canceled 14-29 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided.
