Philip Todd

My personal belief is to give thanks in all circumstances, both good and bad.

I joined The Thanks-Giving Foundation because I’m excited about the future of Thanks-Giving Square. I’m huge believer that every major metropolitan area and successful city across the world is urban-minded and has an active downtown. Thanks-Giving Square can be a gamechanger in Dallas, not just as an urban park, but through the goodwill The Foundation fosters in the community.

In addition to serving The Foundation, I’m an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC). As a partner in the real estate development firm Todd Interests, I focus on urban redevelopment across the country, and revitalizing the urban core.

I graduated from the University of Virginia, where I studied American politics and government, real estate, as well as urban and environmental planning. I also joined the track & field and cross-country teams, competing in the mile and the 800 meters for three seasons.

I’m a Dallas native and currently live in the M-Streets.
