Thanks-Giving Square is more than just a quiet garden for contemplation and rest.

For nearly 50 years the Square has convened the people of Dallas to celebrate unity and diversity, with gratitude and goodwill. Brought to life by four Dallas businessmen in 1964, Thanks-Giving Square is an urban oasis, architectural landmark, outdoor event space, and memory-making refuge that serves as the soul and spiritual hub of the community. Free and metered parking is located on a number of downtown streets near Thanks-Giving Square. Paid garage parking is available immediately across the street from the Square at 1516 Pacific Avenue (rates may vary). Travel South on Akard St. and turn left on Pacific Ave.

Or, take the DART train to Akard Station using the Red, Blue, Green, or Orange Lines.
